First Ever Adult division Championship Trophy

In Golden Cobra’s first appearance at the annual prestigious Land of Smiles Tournament 2024, our Adult Cobras beat Phuket Pirates, a strong team with ex- professional Russian players, 3-2 in overtime of the Gold Medal game to be crowned 2024 Land of Smiles Adult International Division C Tier I CHAMPIONS.

And that’s all she wrote... After countless hard-fought battles, your Golden Cobras

are the 2024 Land of Smiles Adult International Div. C Tier I CHAMPIONS.

On 29 October - 2 November, Golden Cobras challenged new heights by

participating in one of the most prestigious annual Adult tournaments in Asia. The

team went 2-0-1 in the round robin to clinch #2 seed and advance to the Tier I

semi-finals. In the Semi-finals, Cobras faced Black Machine, a team of former Ex-

professional players from Korea, and had a strong performance, winning 5-0 to

advance to the championship match.

In the final game, the Cobras led early 2-0, but the Ex-professional KHL players on

the Phuket Pirates tied the game 2-2 and pushed the game to sudden death

overtime. But the hockey Gods were on our side and our very own # 97 Coach

Jerry scored the golden goal in OT to clinch our first ever Adult division

championship trophy.
