Biggest learning outcome of our teams: to play with integrity, respect, and humility. Our U11s and U13s played a beautiful game, with passing sequences that showed improved hockey intelligence, teamwork, and selflessness. Congratulations to all players who joined their first international tournament and scored their first international points.
Congratulations as well to the Cobras Recreational Team led by Head Coach Jerry that made its debut international appearance in Johor. This team joined the rookie division and after losing its first game, remarkably reorganized themselves and made a tournament comeback to win in overtime during the semi-finals. The team fell short in the championship game, but nonetheless showed resilience and teamwork.
Win or Lose - there are important lessons to be learned, especially for youth hockey players. Congratulations on the outstanding achievement and for starting Year 2025 strong. We will continue to work hard and challenge new heights. Until the next one.
