How the week works
Three Days of Training, Four Days of Games
Sunday to Tuesday is training, grouped by skill and size rather than strictly by birth year. Wednesday to Saturday is the COBRA/CAMP tournament, with Cross-Ice, U12, U14 and Open divisions, live statistics, individual awards and 5 to 6 games for every team.
On-Ice Practice
5 group practices, 6.25 hours of ice, grouped by level with a custom curriculum.
Goalie Training
Goalies train with their group and get 3 goalie-only sessions with the goalie coaches.
Off-Ice Training
2 sessions at The Forum Sports Hub: fitness, floor hockey, shooting and fun games.
Tournament
Players are drafted into balanced teams for a round-robin, semifinals, finals and an awards ceremony.
